I play almost all video games all my life and I never ever his illness. Recently, I have played Guitar Hero World Tour Christmas and for hours and felt dizzy and everything. It seems now that when I've played since I have a headache, nausea, dizziness and almost all games. What should I do? How can I stop? I'm addicted to games, I will not stop playing! : P

You need glasses!
Food can be a problem, maybe try just a couple of biscuits before you play and see how you feel.
Motion sickness occurs when you move your eyes will see, but your inner ear (balance control), nor, confusing your brain and make you sick.
