I would if I were you. Do not take everything. While you can lift a floorboard in order to get a spear into the gap to be able to spray it with a syringe, but the pressure treated wood must be very good and width. Ask business people, materials, equipment, but try a treatment that has no odor in the house by day be found. Some treatments are less toxic, water based woodworm today. Be careful if from the top to avoid exaggeration and soaking / stained ceiling below. The ground-Ok.

I check a meter or so from the affected area and saturate the area with a treatment Cuprinol 5 stars. It is solvent, it stinks, but it is very good and included for the last few years. Let's open the window for one or two days before laminate flooring down.
